Jorge Ruano is a pioneer in the development of video products over telecommunication networks. He is the Product Management Director in Nokia’s Video Business Unit in Madrid, working in the definition and development of new multimedia products. Previously he worked in Research and Development for Telefónica as Director of Multimedia Services, where he was involved in the first developments of IPTV and OTT products. Jorge también ha sido representante de Telefónica en el Módulo Técnico DVB, y miembro del Comité de Gestión FS-VDSL.
