Andy King

Responsible for the strategic relationship between BBC Engineering and BBC Television, one of the largest content producers in the UK, covering Drama, Factual, Entertainment and Comedy as well as the technology which supports television's Commissioning, Scheduling and Operations. The role ensures that all technology requirements within the business are clearly understood by the technology teams and that technology solutions deliver functionality that allow programme makers to realise their creative goals. He's also responsible for the BBC's acquisition strategy and holds a number of strategic vendor relationships on behalf of the BBC.
